Brazing Line
Modules are assembled and loaded into furnace fixtures before brazing. After brazing, products separate from the fixtures, and the fixtures return automatically to the pre-furnace assembly station.
6-Station Automated Brazing Line
Automatic module assembly, brazing fixture assembly and disassembly, loading and unloading, and fixture return, for precision liquid cooling assembly and brazing.
Thermal/Flow Resistance Test System
Tests cold plate flow and thermal resistance under real operating conditions, calculates results automatically and generates full test reports. Modular fixtures change over quickly between cold plate models, for both R&D validation and production.

Metal Quick Disconnect Couplings (QDC)
The key connector in a liquid cooling system. The male plug inserts into the female socket and internal steel balls lock automatically; external threads at both ends connect to coolant lines for a quick, reliably sealed connection.
